We offer a variety of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes. Whether you're looking for a cozy space or a larger home, we have a floor plan to fit your needs. You can see all our options on the availability page.

 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

You can find us at 635 Ashton Place NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402. We're in a great spot with easy access to the rest of the city.

 

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Yes, we are a pet-friendly community! We know that pets are family. We have an amazing dog park and plenty of green space for your furry friends to enjoy. For details on our pet policy, please call us.

 

WHAT AMENITIES DO YOU OFFER?

WHAT'S THE PARKING SITUATION?

We offer off-street parking for our residents, ensuring you always have a designated parking space. Additionally, as a bonus, we offer garages for rent if you need an extra parking space or additional storage.

 

HOW CAN I SCHEDULE A TOUR?

We'd love to show you around, but please note that you must qualify to live at Country Hill Apartments, as we are a Tax Credit community.

 

WHAT'S NEARBY FOR SHOPPING AND DINING?

You're in luck! We're close to some great local spots. For a unique dining experience, check out the NewBo City Market. The Lindale Mall is also nearby for all your shopping needs.

 

ARE THERE ANY PARKS OR TRAILS NEARBY?

Absolutely! We're close to the beautiful Cedar River Trail, which is perfect for walking, running, or biking.

 

HOW DO I APPLY FOR AN APARTMENT?

The application process is simple. You can find our online application and all the information you need on our availability page.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?

Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 4:30pm.  We take weekends off, and hopefully you do too.

 

HOW ARE MAINTENANCE REQUESTS HANDLED?

Our on-site maintenance team is here to help. You can submit a maintenance request through our resident portal, and we'll take care of it as soon as possible.

 

ARE UTILITIES INCLUDED IN THE RENT?

For specific information about which utilities are included in your rent, please contact our leasing office.

 

DO YOU OFFER FURNISHED OR SHORT-TERM LEASES?

Currently, we do not. Please reach out to other ARTISAN Management Group communities to see if they offer these types of options.

 

WHAT'S THE NEIGHBORHOOD LIKE?

Our community is situated in a quaint, residential neighborhood, yet we're still conveniently close to all the action. You'll love the convenience of being near downtown Cedar Rapids and all it has to offer.


IS THERE A PLAYGROUND FOR KIDS?

Yes, we have a playground on-site for our younger residents to enjoy.
